For the ramekins:

  • 1 teaspoon melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
For the custard:

  • 3/4 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 tablespoons grated parmesan, cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 3 large eggs, beaten
