Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 2 cans cinnamon, to taste
- 3/4 cup milk
- 4 tablespoons melted butter
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 cup of sugar
- 2 cans (8 ounces each) diced peaches
- 1 dash salt
- 2 cans brown sugar, to taste
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F. A line of a cup in a muffin tin regular-sized with cupcake liners. Add 1 teaspoon melted butter to the bottom of each liner. Mix baking powder, sugar, milk, flour, and salt by hand.
- On top of the melted butter, add 2 tablespoons of batter inside each cupcake liner.
- On top of the batter, add 1 tablespoon diced peaches in each tin. Sprinkle with cinnamon and brown sugar.
- Bake for 20 minutes. Before removing from the pan, allow the peach cobblers to cool completely.
