Red Bean Filling:
- 4 (960 mL) cups water
- ¼ (50 g) cup sugar
- ¼ (40 g) cup red bean, dried
For Frying:
- 7 (1.6 L) cups vegetable oil

- ½ (75 g) cup sesame seed
- 2 (250 g) cups glutinous rice flour, plus more for dusting
- ⅔ (160 mL) cup hot water
- ½ (110 g) cup light brown sugar
