  • 4 sliced cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon honey, or more as needed
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste

  • 2 cups pomegranate juice
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 3 pounds lamb shoulder blade chops
  • 1 sliced onion
  • 1 tablespoon sliced fresh mint leaves
