  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 2 cups of water
  • 1 ½ pound sea bass fillets and cut into chunks
  • 1 yellow onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 1 can (14 ounces) coconut milk
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin and soy sauce
  • ¼ cup chopped green onion and cilantro leaves
